No. If a server administrator deleted keys from one server, they would
soon be propagated back from other keyservers.

But that is a Good Thing. If you could contact somebody and get your
unwanted keys removed from the keyservers, another person/agency
could, potentially, also contact somebody and get _your_ keys removed.
