Change the location of the gpg-agent socket?

No, it is not a configuration directory.  All your keys and other var
data lives there as well.

It is not a system socket but a per-user socket.  Anyway, we are
planning to move the socket to /run/user/<uid>/gnupg/ to keep the socket
name short enough for the socket API.
