I dont have a copy of it but I know that it was in 3rd Party section of
the "Outlook Privacy Plugin" git repo of dejavusecurity:
https://github.com/dejavusecurity/OutlookPrivacyPlugin

It was removed from the repo on May 27th, 2015.
