Can't import new public keys (can't write tu pubring.kbx)

this sounds like a permissions problem to me.  what are the permissions
of Dokumenty/key.asc?  what are the permissions of
/home/user/.gnupg/pubring.kbx and /home/user/.gnupg ?  what user account
are you running "gpg --import" from?
