Can't import new public keys (can't write tu pubring.kbx)

The reason for 'Unexpected error' is likely a broken key or a key which
does not conform to the OpenPGP specs.  For example it may have packets
which are not allowed in public key file (compressed, encrypted etc,)

Any clues form just running

  gpg Dokumenty/key.asc'

or better 

  gpg --list-packets Dokumenty/key.asc'
