Huh. That's odd. I've never observed GnuPG neglecting to update it
automatically when something might have changed.
But I'm glad you figured it out, it was pretty weird.
I use the GNU Privacy Guard (GnuPG) in combination with Enigmail.
You can send me encrypted mail if you want some privacy.
