Signatures on a subkey?

Using GnuPG ≥2.1.13, running `gpg --edit-key $keyID check save` should
fix it locally, cf. https://bugs.gnupg.org/gnupg/issue2236 .  (But the
packets will remain badly ordered on the server.)
