You left out the line which tells the libgcrypt version numbers like
in

  $ gpg --version
  gpg (GnuPG) 2.2.1-beta1
  libgcrypt 1.8.1
  [...]

here it is:

londo at londo-earth-trinket:~$ gpg2 --verbose --verbose --version
gpg (GnuPG) 2.1.11
libgcrypt 1.6.5

Should I get the new Libcrypt?
