From the man page:

Section "HOW TO SPECIFY A USER ID", subsection "By key Id":

And so:

$ gpg2 --default-key A65B17610C406CE6\! --clearsign .bashrc



I use the GNU Privacy Guard (GnuPG) in combination with Enigmail.
