My MISTAKE! not a bug Re: BUG report gnupg-2.2.4 (or npth)

I'm very, very sorry to have wasted people's time.
The problem was that I configured GNUpth incorrectly.
I used "enable-pthread option when I should have done the
opposite, disable.
