$ gpg-error 100663414
100663414 = (6, 118) = (GPG_ERR_SOURCE_SCD, GPG_ERR_INV_ID) = (SCD, Invalid ID)

This shows that the error originates from scdaemon. To look deeper
into this you should put

--8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8---
log-file /foo/bar/scd.log
debug ipc
verbose
--8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8---

into ~/.gnupg/scdaemon.conf and gpgconf --kill scdaemon [1]. If you
can't see anything please add a line "debug cardio" to the avove conf
file. When posting anything take care: the latter option may reveal
you PIN in the log. If you don't see anything post the log or send it
to me by PM.

Shalom-Salam,

   Werner
