Where to put "export-pka" output in DNS?

Please don't use this anymore.  It never got any kind of widespread
adoption and thus will eventually be removed from gnupg.

You should use the Web key Directory instead which is much easier and
does not even require that you fiddle with the DNS.  See Wiktor's answer.
