Discrepancies in extracted photo-id images from dumps

Thanks, but it is still unclear to me what content of the user id
is taken. Here for example an old key from me:

uid        [ widerrufen] [jpeg image of size 4275]
uid        [ widerrufen] [jpeg image of size 8569]
uid        [ widerrufen] [jpeg image of size 30119]

If i base32 encode the string "jpeg image of size blah..." i get
not the same results. If i base32 decode the strings i get
binary output which i don't understand. Also when using xxd
output and then running through a conversion i get output
i can't interpret.
