GPA packages for CentOS, Fedora

Hello,
is anyone aware of GPA packages for current Fedora or CentOS
GNU/Linux distributions?

My search did not turn up any. (Tried pkgs.org pm.pbone.net)

What is the right place to wish for an updated GPA package in Fedora?
v0.10.0 is current. Would be useful if someone could make a wish or help 
otherwise.
