GnuPG to protect citizen rights

Another example, IBM announced they were creating a "next-generation" xlc
C/C++ compiler using LLVM. But I am not sure the status of that [1].

Oracle has their own C compiler, not LLVM, but I am not sure of anyone
that actually uses it [2]. I have compiled GNU Coreutils with it, so it
seems usable at least.
