Gniibe is a long term friend of mine and I asked him to take over my
place in the design team to see whether he can have an eye on the
editing process and check that his SOS proposal and his experience with
ECC encodings makes it into the draft (where he only partly succeeded).

Andrew, please stop to rewrite history. What you wrote is simply not
true. You have not even been part of the design team. I left the
design time due to our work to get OpenPGP deployed all over Germany's
and Europe's administrations and industries. At that state only final
editing was due and no more semantics changes were planned.

Gniibe is a very humble man who would never provoke any anger. I assume
this is the reason he did not asked to be removed for the authors list.
I actually asked to be removed from the authors and design team list
because that would really have given a false credibility to the outcome
of the WG.

If that is code point for Kyber+ECC: The LibrePGP specification for this
has been in deployed in beta versions for a long time and is since
January part of the most widely used *PGP implementation, namely
Gpg4win. For signatures I see no immediate need, thus better let the
algorithms settle 2 or 3 years before they get specified in *PGP.

Salam-Shalom,

ps.
I guess I should not anymore take your bait and answer your mails.
