libgpg-error 1.61 compile IBM POWER AIX

Hello,

it has been a while and I am trying to compile a new version of GPG 
(2.5.19) and its libraries.
Only npth was already successfully compiled.

I am already struggling with libgpg-error and
since libgpg-error is the basis for everything else I am stuck.

Any idea, what the reason might be?
Which additional information can I provide to pinpoint the issue?
