<p>I just updated my win 10 install to gnupg 3.1.5 and kleopatra
isn't happy anymore. I have this popup at startup about Kleopatra
running as an admin:</p>

<p>Does any one know the proper permissions that the error message
is referring to? my windows user has full control over my
appdata\roaming\gnupg folder.</p>
