Have you tried configuring an hkps keyserver that does not use<br>
LetsEncrypt, e.g. <a href="http://keyserver-01.2ndquadrant.com" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">keyserver-01.2ndquadrant.com</a> ?<br>
