gnutls_send

I've almost finished the gnutls_send function. I've tested the output
in a file descriptor. I'll really test it when i finished the gnutls_receive,
and then i'll check it against other implementations.
Is there any cvs repository so i can send the code there? If there are
problems getting that, i can contact the local linux group. They'll probably
give us space.

[ For the hmac implementation i'm currently using libmhash. ]
