[gnutls-dev] gnutls 0.9.95 and opencdk 0.5.2

I've just released gnutls 0.9.95. The changes since that last 
release are:
- Improved the verification functions. Added new verification
  output flags and removed the unused and redundant ones.
- Improved the OpenPGP key support.
- The prime utility was removed, and its functionality was moved
  to certtool.

Also since Timo is busy, I've released opencdk 0.5.2. The
only changes in opencdk is that it was modified to work with 
libgcrypt 1.1.43.
