[gnutls-dev] opencdk: mingw32 make check

Hi!

It seems there are other minor problems with the code
and WINE. For example I get an EOF where I shouldn't
get one.

Maybe we can disable the opencdk tests for the mingw32
build until we found a solution? Maybe this is not just
a WINE problem, but also a real win32 problem. I currently
have no w32 box for tests.

But it would be useful to know if the test files (t-encr.exe)
would fail on a real w32 system.
