Hello,

Since opencdk 0.6.x introduces a new soname, the symbol versioning
info in src/libopencdk.vers needs to be bumped to stay useful.
(Otherwise a program accidentally liked against opencdk 0.5.x and
opencdk 0.6.x at runtime will crash.)
