[gnutls-dev] Overflow check

Hi all,
I've committed in cvs these files:
"x509_asn1.c","x509_asn1.h","x509_der.c","x509_der.h",
"x509_ASN.y","ASN1.readme.txt.",. 
Now there's the check on length bytes, so certificates with 
invalid coding don't generate an "overflow error".
Function "asn1_create_der" can return also the value 
"ASN_DER_OVERFLOW".
