[gnutls-dev] gnutls 0.9.99

I've just released gnutls-0.9.99. The most important
changes since gnutls 0.9.98 are:
- Some fixes in the gnutls.h header for the gnutls_server_name_set()
  and gnutls_server_name_get() prototypes.
- Exported the gnutls_x509_privkey_sign_data(), gnutls_x509_privkey_verify_data
  and gnutls_x509_crt_verify_data().
- Some fixes in the openpgp authentication.
- Removed the Twofish cipher.
