ChangeLog entry:
* configure.in: Look for `gaa', issuing a warning with the URL
if not found.
* src/Makefile.am (*-gaa.c): Use `$(GAA)' instead of `gaa'.
Mark `.gaa' files as being in `$(srcdir)', thereby allowing for
out-of-source-tree builds.
