[gnutls-dev] Malformed raw keyring in test

Hi!

I checked your test (keyring.c) and the raw_keyring
string was malformed. It contained a \0 somewhere after
the first Dr. Who key. (To confirm this, dump the raw
data on stdout/stderr and use pgpdump raw_data. You will
notice an premature EOF)

I corrected it and now it works without any problems. I
attached the corrected test file for test purposes.
