mod_gnutls: NameVirtualHost gets wrong Cert

Please use the mod gnutls for these issues. Although relevant this is
not the most appropriate mailing list. Anyway for the virtual name
support for mod_gnutls to work the browser must support the dns_name TLS
extension. IE7 on XP does not support it (strangely IE7 on vista works).
