Using LGPLv3+ license for libgnutls?

I have changed one of my debian packages to use it, and will do the same
for another.  Thanks for the pointer.

Looking at the source code headers in CUPS indicate a somewhat confusing
situation.  At least some of the files definitely just reference version
2 though.
