There are 64-bit Windows binaries also for GnuTLS in the openSUSE Build Service hosted cross-compilation project: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/windows:/mingw:/win64/openSUSE_10.3/noarch/ (I have not personally used them, so I am not sure how well they work.) --tml
