GnuTLS 2.6.6/2.7.8 assumes AF_INET6 is available

I just attempted a build of GnuTLS 2.6.6 on Solaris 2.6 but it fails
in src/serv.c because AF_INET6 is undefined.

Grepping for AF_INET6 reveals the same issue in src/certtool-cfg.c

I looked at 2.7.8 and there seems to have been no change in the
situation there.
