Safe renegotiation in SSL3 protocol not working

The safe renegotiation in SSL3 protocol is failing on client side
because during the renegotiation the safe renegotiation extension is not
recognized as expected extension. This is caused by missing call to
_gnutls_extension_list_add(). The attached patch fixes this.
