Details:

Hi All,

While tracing group parameter generation code in wrap_nettle_generate_group,
I came across a comment regarding the perceived slowness of the algorithm.

I also thought the 'gendh; test program hung during testing (confer: SR
#107535, "'make check' - hang after 'PASS: mini-x509-rehandshake'",
https://savannah.gnu.org/support/?107535).

Attached is a paper by Joye1, Paillier1, and Vaudenay that describes an
efficient method for safe primes. See section 7.2 Generation of Safe Primes.

Jeff
