Patch: Accept CKR_USER_ALREADY_LOGGED_IN as successful result for PAP Login

When logging into a PKCS#11 token, the CKF_PROTECTED_AUTHENTICATION_PATH 
code path should also check for the CKR_USER_ALREADY_LOGGED_IN error 
code. It should treat this as success.

This matches the behavior of the non CKF_PROTECTED_AUTHENTICATION_PATH 
code path.
