Patch: Only prompt for token insertion when cert not found

As it currently stands, no matter what the error when using a PKCS#11 
certificate, we prompt the user to insert the right token.

However this should only occur when the certificate is missing. If some 
other error occurs, then we should just break out of the FIND_OBJECT() loop.
