[sr #107822] Testing 3.0.2 on AIX

Follow-up Comment #21, sr #107822 (project gnutls):

I am moving from 2.10.1 to 3.0.2, I tested the server build on 3.0.2 with the
client build on 2.10.1 to limit the range of errors. I believed the 2.10.1 to
work.

The problem on the 3.0.2 server is still that decode_ber_digest_info expect
the hash to be wrapped in ASN1.
