Exhaustive DTLS handshake test

It seems there are still cases that might cause long delays or
deadlocks. It could be because some timer is not reset at some point
which leads to long waiting time and then to timeout. Would it be
possible to replay only a single configuration in order to debug it?
Btw. which compiler do you use? The program issues quite some warnings
with gcc.
