Details:

compat.h in 3.0.17 still does

#define TLS_RANDOM_SIZE GNUTLS_RANDOM_SIZE
#define TLS_MASTER_SIZE GNUTLS_MASTER_SIZE

However, GNUTLS_RANDOM_SIZE and GNUTLS_MASTER_SIZE have been removed a couple
of revisions ago. The compat defines requiring them should be removed as well.
