Compilation error gnutls-3.1.1 with nettle-2.5 on cygwin

I was able to reproduce your issue with mpz_unitstbit.
The problem is with the older version of GMP which is used in cygwin. There is 
one typedef missing from it which was introduced in GMP 5. The attached patch 
fixes this issue.
