I believe that page talks about v2-only vs v3-only.  That issue does
indeed apply, according to every opinion posted since v3 came out,
for lgpl-v2-only vs lgpl-v3-only vs gpl-v2-only vs gpl-v3-only.

But, given that, if it changes, gnutls will be LGPLv2.1 or later (as
noted above), Emacs can use gnutls under the or later clause as LGPL3
and avoid all of those issues.
