Follow-up Comment #3, sr #108703 (project gnutls):

Regarding the fseek issue: if you can guide me how to disable the replacement,
I might take a stub at providing a patch for that.  I'd rather we solved this
problem, because otherwise the build is broken on Windows, and kludging around
it without pulling back gnulib (which AFAIU is against your intentions) is not
for the faint at heart.

(The rpl_close issue can be disregarded, since "make -k check" works around
it, and 'close' is not replaced in the library, so no need to test the
replacement.)
