[gnutls-devel] libgmp re-licensing and its effect on GnuTLS

Hi GnuTLS folks--
It looks like libgmp is re-licensing to use LGPL3+ and GPL2+:

This suggests that the licensing requirements for works derived from
gnutls now have a different bar to meet. in particular, i think it
means that GPLv2-only applications linked against modern versions of
GnuTLS should now be redistributable again.
