[gnutls-devel] Patch for iOS (crt_externs.h)

Hi there,

we tried to build newest gnutls for iOS and run into a compiler error. It
cannot find the file crt_externs.h which does not exist for iOS.

We successfully modified gnutls with the attached patch. Maybe you can add
it....
