[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS 3.4.0 C++ library

Hello,

while the C library had a soname bump in 3.4.0, the C++ library still
has libgnutlsxx.so.28 as soname. Is this correct or an oversight? The
C++ header is unchanged which suggests to me that the part of the
interface exposed by the C++ library is indeed unchanged.
