I sent two (three) options:
1. split manpages to doc and non doc (I prefer this one :) )
2. leave manpages at doc/manpages but enter it directly from root.
3. like 2 but move manpages to root (as expected).
Please make sure make dist is working, I am unsure I modified it correctly.
