Details:

As of somewhere between v2 and v3, GnuTLS starts to depend on autogen. It
would be much desired if that dependency could be avoided, since (considering
autotools is a questionable buildchain to choose for new projects these days)
this comes with a dependency on Guile/Scheme.

It would be nice if whatever is the reason for that new dependency could be
solved by simpler means.
