[gnutls-devel] Stray ltmain.sh may break builds

Hi,

there seem to be two copies of ltmain.sh in the release tarballs, which
upsets some build environments, like MXE, when doing autoreconf with a
different libtool version. The easiest fix is to remove ltmain.sh from
the root of the tarball, since there is another copy in build-aux.
