Hello,

I have tried building with --enable-fuzzer-target, "make check" gets
stuck when running crq_key_id test and rng-fork fails. 

I am not sure about the proper way to run the fuzzing testsuite. I guess
I should run "make -C fuzz check" *instead* of "make check"?
