New Issue was created.

Issue 549: https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/issues/549
Author: Nikos Mavrogiannopoulos
Assignee: Nikos Mavrogiannopoulos

When priority strings are specified with the NONE keyword, they cannot be forward compatible with new protocol versions (e.g., when a new protocol requires a new option such as TLS1.3 requires GROUPS). In that case cope with legacy strings and allow them even if we need to disable a protocol.
