[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | manpage generation: cleanup (!829)

The question is whether we want to do anything for the 3.5.x branch at this point. It is no longer the stable branch, and I do not think we should end-up with multiple supported releases as we'll spend quite a lot on backporting. 3.3.x is supposed to expire in march 2019, so we could assign another lts release, that being 3.6.x, but let's move that in #588.
